For an online order, select 'curbside pickup' in the Shipping options at checkout. If you are placing a phone order and would like curbside pickup, please let our salesperson know your preference.
- We will notify you via email or phone call when your order is ready for pickup.
- When you arrive at our store, please park as close as possible to our front door and call the store when you've arrived.
- Our team member will ask for your order information and the make, model, and color of your car. We can either bring the shoes out and place them directly in your car trunk, or leave them outside the door, depending on your preference.
- For everyone's safety, we ask that any questions or concerns with your order be handled over the phone.
- Returns: for everyone's safety, we ask that returns be shipped back to the store at 1515 Sheridan Road, Suite 6. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days.
