Hanig's Footwear ships Monday-Friday. Orders placed will be processed and shipped within 48 hours.
If an item is out of stock the customer will be notified within 24-48 hours.
Free Ground Shipping
All orders within the Continental U.S. over $99.90 have the option of free ground shipping.
Hanig's Footwear uses UPS shipping service, therefore we recommend customers use a street address and not a P.O. Box for their shipping destination.
Orders unable to be shipped on Friday will go out the following Monday.
Expedited Shipping
Select your preferred shipping speed at check out for Real-Time quotes based on the size, weight and destination of your order.
Choose from 3-day air, 2-day air, Next Day Saver and Next Day AM.
In-Store and Curbside Pickup
In-Store and Curbside Pickup is an option for our local customers at our 875 N Michigan Ave Location in Chicago.
Simply select In-Store or Curbside Pickup at Checkout and one of our store associates will give you a phone call or text when it’s ready.
Please bring a copy of your order, and a photo ID to the store to pick up your order.
For Curbside Pickup, please have a photo ID and a copy of your order with you.
You will receive a call or text when your order is ready for pickup.
When you arrive at the Delaware entrance, please call us 877-248-8767 with your order number and photo ID.
Orders will be held for 7 days.
APO and FPO
APO and FPO military addresses will have additional shipping charges.

International Orders
At this time we are unable to ship to Europe. All other destinations outside the US are shipped via USPS International Priority for a flat $50.
You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order.
